I've worked on a few banner ideas, to welcome in the new year of slatfatfgoodness. Here are some, give me some feedback, or help me and create your own, post linkzorz to em.

Real pretty, I like the colors and the little ghostie. If you are going to keep this layout that we have now we should probably try to play off the colors that are in the layout. Blacks greens and blues or colors that are complimentary to those colors, you know? But awesome banner. I like the letters a lot too.
The layout we have now may or may not be our permanent. Once again, It's premade so we still have limited malleability, which is always a bad thing. Some day, I'll create (or have my brother create) a layout for us to use with full functionality that we can edit ourselves. Anyways, with the current colors, I'll try to redraw this a few times.
Use uh 640x400 you can always edit it later, but thats just the standard I've been using
The main issue is compression. I really wish that you could upload .xcf and other strange filetypes that have pure compression onto the internets. I guess even blogger compresses jpegs to like 90% quality, which is a big deal

What dimensions should I use for the banner? Tell me this and I shall start making millions. or at least 3.
